Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Finvora (https://finvora.ai), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

2. The service

Finvora provides multi-tenant cloud software for accounting, invoicing, quotations, inventory/POS (where entitled), and related features. Features may vary by plan and jurisdiction.

3. Accounts & access

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your tenant and user accounts. Admins may invite users; invitees must activate their own passwords.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of content you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant us a licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the service. You warrant you have the rights to submit that data and that it complies with applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Misuse the service, probe systems without authorisation, or circumvent security or entitlements.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Resell the service except as expressly agreed in writing.
• Use the service to send spam or violate anti-spam / privacy laws.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed via our payment processor according to the plan you select. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may suspend access for non-payment after notice.

7. Free / trial access

Free or trial features may be limited, changed, or withdrawn. We may remove inactive free workspaces after reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual property

The Finvora platform, branding, and documentation remain our intellectual property. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for purposes of the service relationship.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Accounting and tax outputs depend on your data and configuration; you remain responsible for compliance with tax and accounting laws.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, abuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access ends; we may delete Customer Data after a retention window, subject to legal holds.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
