Finvora (“Finvora”, “we”, “us”) provides cloud accounting, invoicing, and related business software at https://finvora.ai and finvora.ai.

2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- Account data: name, email, password hashes, roles, and authentication metadata.
- Tenant / company data: business profile, tax identifiers, settings, and billing status.
- Operational data: invoices, quotations, journals, inventory, contracts, and related records you enter.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, logs, and cookie/analytics identifiers where enabled.
- Support communications you send to us.
3. How we use data
We use personal and business data to:
- Provide, secure, and improve the Finvora platform.
- Authenticate users, enforce permissions, and prevent abuse.
- Process subscriptions and payments via our payment provider (e.g. Stripe).
- Send transactional emails (invites, password resets, document notifications).

Where applicable (e.g. GDPR), we process data under contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (optional analytics/marketing cookies), and legal obligation.

We retain account and tenant data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes after closure. You may request export or deletion subject to legal retention duties.

9. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Children
Finvora is a business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
